how to make tabular form

i want to make tabular form like in MSaccess to show records from table in mdb database .. it's alredy in MSaccess but i wanna ues it in vb6 .. i tray to find ocx to do that but i didnt find any

i read her abot do that with MIDform , Standers form and control array .. but i need another solution dont use MDIform .. use just Stander form

can any one help me?!

(By "Stander" I'm guessing you mean "standard"?)

It sounds as though you're best bet would be to use one of the various grid controls which are already available. Perhaps the DataGrid.

The DataGrid is good for that .. but what if i need a combo box , image box , command , option box or timer .. DataGrid tite me .. put with control array i can but any control i wich .. and also looks beter .. I wander why microsoft put the tablur form in access and ignor it in vb .. its realy helpfull and i use to deal with it in access .. when i learn vb i coudnt find something like it till now

Well, to be fair to MS, VB6 is something like ten years old. Perhaps you should try VB 2005 Express, which is a free download. (I don't know what limitations it has, though).

are you sure that i will find tabular form in vb 2005? .. and if i have a project in vb6 can i change it to 2005 without lose any functions?

if that's for sure i will get it now

Sorry, I don't know. I was just pointing out that with 10 years development there are bound to be some improvements, or at least major changes.

MS do have info on their website about the differences and how to convert projects, and that sort of thing.
