Lock particular tables in Database

Hi All,
Is it possible anyway to lock only a few tables in ms-access database.

try this sample code if using DAO

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Dim D As Database
  2. Dim S As Recordset
  3.  
  4. Set D = OpenDatabase("E:\DAS\EMP.MDB", True)
  5. Set S = D.OpenRecordset("EMPLOYEE", dbOpenTable, dbDenyRead + dbDenyWrite)
