capture live video running in processor and display the image through network

hi,

The objective of my program is to capture a streaming data (Compressed Image data) transmitted by a processor through the network and display it as image.Also the capacity of the stream that is to be captured is 450450 bytes. How to capture this whole data and display it as image.pls guide me in this regard.hoping anyone who go through it guide me.
