Make a x-y coodination

I have a set of data in cell A10 to Z30. I want to draw these data into another new worksheet with three columns.

Column one is the number representing column (colindex 1= 19, colindex 2= 20, ... colindex 26= 45)
Column two is the number representing row (rowindex10 = 30, rowindex11 = 31,...)
Column three input the data same to the X-Y coordination.

Thanks
