Need Help With Visual Basic 2005 Login Form!! Please:)

hi im a beginner with visual basic. I was wondering can someone tell me how i can somehow do a thing that when someone presses ok on the LOGIN FORM, the username and password is sent to my email. im not using it for hacking anything but i need it to store passwords. So basiclly what i want is, when the user has filled in his or her username and password and presses ok the username and password is sent to me by email. Any suggestions.
