There has been some discussion here recently on this very point.

First off, I think it will depend a bit on what version of VB you're using. In VB6, you can simply use the form's PrintForm method. Don't know what the equivalent is in later versions.

Unfortunately, this is simply a "screen dump" - an image of exactly what is displayed in the window on-screen. Since the screen resolution is generally much lower than that of the printer, you end up with fairly blocky and jagged-looking printing. It's certainly worth a try, though.

To print things in decent quality you really need to draw them to the printer individually. I don't know whether we've come up with a good answer to that yet. You might try some Google searches, as it is a very old topic of discussion in VB circles.
