VB6 problem in Japanese Microsoft OS

I have write a simple program by using VB6. However, my program while intall in Japanese Microsoft OS, it gets error. The problem because that OS recognise my "\" character become "Yen" character. It makes my whole program ends with a lot of error.. Can anybody pls help? Thanks..
