How can I save file with the Microsoft Common Control ?
I'm going to assume you mean the Common Dialog Control. It doesn't save anything. It is used to select a file (in the case of saving, probably a new file which doesn't exist yet). What you actually do with the file is then up to you.

Perhaps you could give us some idea of exactly where you are up to, what you want to do, and what you've tried so far. I believe the documentation is fairly clear on how to use the control to choose a file, though the specific details probably vary depending on what version of VB (and the control) you are using.
