3 tier security problems app run from server

I must be missing a step along the way. I have a VS2005 vb app that has GUI / BizObj / DataAccess layers. When run from my desktop it works fine. When I pushed to the FileServer I got security errors.

I have added a strong name file to each of the projects, in this case it is the same file. Each class has:
Imports System.Security.Policy
Imports System.Runtime.InteropServices
Imports System.Security.Permissions

This is probably a 2 phase Question, but how do I reference the need of the strong name from the calling class? And how do i grant the proper access to the Data dll so it will not throw and error ?

TIA
