How to use VBA check to see the Macro security setting?

142 100+
Is there a way to use VBA check to see the macro security setting? I want to use VBA check to see is the "Trust access to VB project" setting is on? Such as it return "True" when set to Trust access to VB project, and "False" when it is not. That setting is under macro->security->trusted Publishers->trust access to visual basic project.
Thanks

Which VBA is this? In other words, VBA built into which product/version? There's bound to be some variation.
