Fill datagridview with array or structure data?

XP, VB.net 2005

I'm trying to output some data that is currently in a large structure array. I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get a DataTable filled with this structure data, and that's if it is even possible.

I know how to do it with a SQL database, but now I'm dealing with a tab delimited flat file. Any pointers or hints to get me going would be appreciated.
