Question from a Newbie

Is it ok to post questions about VBscript in this forum? I am having problems with WMI and CDO using VBscript. I just want to make sure I dont post in the wrong forum.
Thank you!

Sure, go ahead.

I'm not sure how much VBScript expertise is around, think we tend more toward "real" VB. But I guess there's one easy way to find out. :)

Just try to be specific about the problem. We get a lot of questions like "I'm trying to write a graphics program and it doesn't work - why not?" As you can imagine, without knowing a lot more about exactly what is being done, there's no way anyone can say what might be wrong.

Just give it your best shot, and if anyone here can help, I'm sure they will.

One thing - I'd recommend starting a new thread rather than continuing this one. In other words, use the "start a discussion" button at the top of the forum to ask your question, rather then by replying to this message. Sometimes, people will look through the forum for messages that don't have a reply yet. So if your question is tacked onto the end of an existing thread like this, they may miss it.
