hi, just open an excel application into an object and write the information down.

use something like

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. sub hello ()
  2. dim obj1 as object
  3.
  4. set obj1 = createobject("excel.application")
  5. obj1.workbooks.add
  6. ojb1.visible=true
  7.
  8. 'and from now on, write anything you have in your acces db into this excel object, something like:
  9.
  10. obj1.cells(1,1).value = "hello"  'Replace the hello with any data.
  11.
  12. end sub
good luck
