Problem with numbers from -1 to 1 in VBA-datapull from SQL

Hi

I was wondering if anybody could help me solving this? I have one computer where my VBA-call for data in an SQL database works, and when I try this on another computer i get an error 1004 DAO - ODBC call failed everytime my call should put out a number between -1 and 1 (it can collect data that is text or numbers not between this, and also e.g. digitnumbers bigger than 1 and smaller than -1). Have anybody heard of this before? Am I missing a plugin or VBAreference on the other machine? (I have checked and the ExcelAdd-ins and VBA-references are the same).

Thank you for helping me out

Kind regards
thomas
