Office developer edition and Security issues

I am happy to join you.
Hellow, By proffession I am an economist(ethiopian), but when I observed the challenges of microfinance institutions, I had decided to develop a software to manage their complex activities. At this moment I have a wonderful software to be used not only for MFI's in ethiopia but also in other african countries.

1-For security issues I have tried to use office developer edition(ODE). However, always when I click the report priview button the application closes. I revised my codes on several occasions but I found no error. Can you help me on this?

2- Some programmers advised me not to give the demo version to others. Is it possible for others to break MDE files and observe my codes?
