Adodb Saving Method Problem:

Good day! i just want to ask if their is someone who can teach on how i can save records, I'am using ADODB connection... it like this, my system is a time, subject and room scheduling system, all the data are in a text box e.i, all the subject codes, name of subjects, units are place in a text box,, and the selection for the days, room and time are in a combo, i have successfully manage to finish binding all the neccessary datas in my form, my problem now is i dont know how to save it,,

I have created another table so that when saving all the data it must in the table that i have alloted for retrieving later on... i hope your getting the idea... ihope someone can give my an idea or hint on how i can save... am using SQL for my database connection.. thank you very much and god bless..
