how to transfer a table from Access to sybase

Hi All,
I tried to transfer a table in .mdb file to table in sybase database
I used following query in VB. But i m getting many errors from this.
Please correct the below query.
DoCmd.TransferDatabase acExport, "ODBC", "Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=E:\Temp1\db1.MDB;", acTable, "sample1", "sample1", 0, True

If the query is completely wrong, then please suggest in alternative ways to achieve this.

Thanks,
Umamahesh.

I think you'll need to tell us what errors you're getting.
