Right, Crystal will definitely help you, add it to Google and include VB 2005 to get some hits. Also, I did some snooping around and found this for you. You'll need to do all of the work, I do not know too much in this version of VB:

Might be necessary to load SQL 2005 Express

In a bit!

Hi, I'm new here but can shed light on the question. Depending on which version of vb 2005 you are using, there is a report viewer/report designer included with vb!! It does NOT exist, however in vb 2005 express.

There is also a version of Crystal Reports included in vb. However, I am not sure if you have to spend more money to register it or not.

The included report designer is easy to use for simple reports. Plus there is help on microsofts site as how to actually design and set up a report. And yes, there is also a version for asp.net.

Oh nuts!

Thanks for that, pweegar. I guess that's one of the things that make it the "Express edition".

But not the Express edition, presumably.
