Buttons to adjust Directorys

4
Hi there, i have a program that i am using to display screenshots, currently the user must navigate through a DriveList, DirectoryList and FileList box to find the file they want.

My question is, is it possible to create say... 3 buttons that will take the user to a place in the overall directory automatically.

Example:

I need to get to C:/Documents and Settings/Admin/Desktop and instead of doing it by clicking a drive, then going through each folder i can just press a button that will automatically take me to the location i need, updating the list boxes too.

I'm using VB6

Help greatly appreciated.

Sure. If you want to change the "current" directory, when the user clicks your button, just use ChDrive and ChDir statements.

Or, just set the Drive and Path properties of the drive and directory listboxes.
