I need some features on my Web Browser

I have a web browser, it sucks, and I just want to add some features, I need to know where to get VB 6 also, I'm hearing more of that than MS VB.

VB6 is Visual Studio 6.0, which has, among other things, Visual Basic 6 (VB6).

MS VB is the exact same thing. Visual Basic is distributed by Microsoft, so you're gonna have to buy it, or find it somewhere. There are plenty of versions of Visual Basic, including a parallel language called Visual Basic.net

And if you want some advice, it would make more sense to buy (actually, I think there's a freely downloadable version) the latest version rather than VB6, which is just under 10 years old.

Or, just get a decent browser. If you're using Internet Explorer, then all I can say is... why?! Go out and find a real browser. Firefox is the first that comes to mind (probably because it's right in front of me:)).
