VB6 - how to find a specific date in Access database

hello frriends,i am beginner in vb6.0 i want code to get the birthdate of an employee from records stored in ms-access which matches with todays date.

hello frriends,i am beginner in vb6.0 i want code to get the birthdate of an employee from records stored in ms-access which matches with todays date.

Write the query to select the birthdate from the corresponding table and in the where condition match the birthdate with the current date.

I assume you aren't looking for employees who have just been born today, so you may need to try matching on the Month() and Day() function. Um... I think there is also a function DatePart() which may be useful.
