Problems with Visual Basic 2005 and AD

Hello!!
We are Paulo and Tiago, two portugueses students. We need to create an application which connect the Visual Basic and the Active Directory.

Can you help us in that work? We need the code to create, modify and delete users and groups of active directory, using an application in Visual Basic 2005!

Thanks =)
