IMPORTANT!!!! Microsoft visual studio .net 2005 2.0 - Adding records to database

hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am trying to add a record to the database by filling in the different fields and then clicking a button to add all the fields to the database including dropdown lists. Can someone please help....i donot have any dataadapters just datasource and connectionstrings.
