How to Create Tree in VBA for Excel applications
If you are adding this to a UserForm, then right-click on the ToolBox and select Additional Controls. Scroll down to Microsoft TreeView Control and place a checkmark before it. Press OK and you will have a treeview in the toolbox to drag into your form.
