Problem in Installation

Hi to everybody,

I am developing an application. but while installing the system giving a message that "A FILE BEING COPIED IS OLDER THAN THE FILE CURRENTLY ON YOUR SYSTEM. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP YOUR EXISTING FILE.


FILE NAME 'C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM32\MSSTDFMT.DLL'.
DESCRIPTION 'MICROSOFT STANDARD DATA FORMATTING OBJECT DLL'
YOUR VERSION '6.0.84.50'.
DO YOU WISH TO KEEP THIS FILE ?

like i am getting the message. what i have to do ? Please solve this problem.

Software is Hard disk dependent/not ? please inform me.
