vb6 to .Net wizard conversion problem

P: 1
Hi,
after the Visual Studio 2005 vb6 to vb.Net conversion wizard end execution, the projet does not load properly in the solution. The

error is file not found. But when I look in the directory it is realy there. If I then try to load it manualy Visual Studio restarts the

conversion wizard and then it gives up. But when I open the .vbproj with texpad I find a missing name:
<Reference
Name = ""
Guid = "{EF53050B-882E-4776-B643-EDA472E8E3F2}"
Lcid = "0"
VersionMajor = "2"
VersionMinor = "7"
WrapperTool = "primary"
/>

When I remove this section it loads in Visual Studio(The good news). But, something must be missing because all the partial

classes are in error and I can not see any control on the forms.

The question is what is missing? And, maybe, why?

Thanks for any help!
