want capture or insert data from scan imange in my application

Hello everybody ..hope u all doing well...........
well i need ur help..m working for one of the software company from last one year and working on application projects but this time i hve to implement one project in vb like i want to capture the data from scan image like if we scan the licence the data on that licence should come on my aplication dirctly so how can i fetch that data from that scan image.....waht controls i hve to use ??is there is any readymade dll or any other type fies available??any idea plz??

this is a game of pixels so try tp use bitblt fun (API)
