request for vb code

hello people,
my name is Mihir Kothari,I am from India,I wanted to know if i could get some help on developing a Vbcode for a program.
If yes,can i directly post my request in the same way as i am posting this message or is there some other protocol to be followed.

However, remember that this forum is for help and solutions etc. Not full blown freelance coders doing your whole program for you (no matter how often I ask them to! hehe)
