VB Programming Question

Ok, I posted this question earlier, but now I cant seem to find it in this forum... so I will ask it again.

So, I'm working on a program, and I cant figure something out. I want the "end user" to be able to enter in a number value and then click start. Once start has been selected, the program will start counting down from that number, and display the remaining time in a label or whatever. Once the timer reaches zero, the program should shutdown the computer and that is it.

p.s. here is the address to a pic of what im working with so far.

I'll close this thread, since it's a duplicate.
