visual basic and oracle connectivity
i want to know how can i access records from oracle in visual basic
what is the diffrence between connect & connection
dear kiran drop a ctrl named microsoft ado ctrl on form. Right click on that ctrl got properties follow the instruction and finally click on test connection if it succeed then copy the string there and paste in front of open method of connection as follows
Dim Adoconn as new adodb.connection
adoconn.open "<thy Connection string from that ctrl>"
here u can get the connectivity
delete the ctrl if u don't need it
