Problem with datagrid data entry

hello

I have DataGrid on my VB Form. When I run my form, I am able to enter only one record in DataGrid. I am not able to enter second record in grid. Why does it happen? I will be thankful if someone tell me as soon as possible.

I dont know why it happens so. I am not able to another record. What is the solution. Do I need to set any property of datagrid or what?
