How to count no of rows in DataGrid at runtime

Can anyone tell me how to count no of rows into DataGrid at runtime after entering data into it?

for that u have to use grd.rows

for that u have to use grd.rows
msgbox datagrid1.VisibleRows

This should give you the answer
But if there are no values in your grid in that case it shows the answer as 1
