Error during load of my VB project (MSFlexgrid control was missing)

I suddenly encountered this problem in my VB project. The MSFlexgrid control in all my forms was missing and this "Error during load" message appears. I tried dragging back the contol to my forms, but this error appears "

License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment."

I guess the registry for this control was deleted because i performed a virus scan. I clicked the HELP, it says that I should re-install the activex control.

How will I do this? How will I correct this problem.
I badly need your help pls.

In think u have to copy the .ocx file for msflexgrid and put it into system32 folder

Make sure to reference it first...

i wasn't able to try out your suggestions anymore. coz before i was able to log in here again, i re-installed the visual studio and my VB project is now working properly.
