how to manipulate digital cameras using system in vb6

hi!!!!!
can u help me with this problem........
i want to have uploading of photo in my system, but i want to get it fron digital camera....

i want to get it directly after capturing picture....
for example. the digital camera is connected in my system, after capturing the picture, the photo will automatically appear in picturebox....

pls help me with this problem..

There are 2 approaches to this problem. You can configure the camera as a usb drive and download all files on it. This does not give you instant access to it though. The second approach is using capture software supplied by the camera manufacturer such as Nikon Camera control pro. or Phase One Capture. Phase One can be referenced in your vb app and you may have success this way although it is not free.
