picture position in Excel

1
Hi, I have a spreadsheet in excel, which I am manipulating using VB. There are several records ( a few adjacent cells on a row containing data that belongs together) each having a photo associated with it. The photos are already in the spreadsheet (I am not adding them in with VB).

When VB rearranges the records, I want to be able to move the photos also. How can I specify the absolute position of a picture object or a position relative to a particular cell?
