filepicking and comparing of fields

I want a script which should have a filepicker as an input,from which a file has to be selected.
the file contains text(fields) delimited by pipe symbol.
After the file is selected, each of the fields (separated by pipe) should be matched with same fields contained in an excel sheets.
In fact the fields to be matched are supplied in the excel sheet.
If a mismatching takes place then show it as an output at the last
