Reference a variable by a string

HELP VB6.0,

I know there is a very simple way to reference a variable using a string.
I use to know it, but its gone now.

Dim Var01, Var02, Var03, Var04 'Integer values
Dim varName as String
Dim intB as Integer
for i = 1 to 4
    varName = "Var0" + i
    intB = <unknown>("varName")
next i

For each pass of the for statement, intB would be set equal to the corresponding variable Var01 through Var04.

What is the method/property <unknown> I need here?

Don't know that there is an answer to this one and an array or select statement would obviate the necessity for such a feature
