Automation Error

When right clicking listview placed over an sstab (on a mdiform), the above error shows. It doesnot show with child forms, and only on one Win2K machine. All other machines (Win 98, Win2K, Win XP home & pro) are just fine.
I checked for MDAC, the latest is installed (2.8). The machine is Win2K SP4, all relevant updates are in place.
Any idea?
