Easy One

I've searched the board for the past week, and I just can't find this solution, and I've searched Google, and I had prior read VBA programming for dummies, turns out I'm still dumb.
In excel I have a list of trades
across 5 columns I have
buy/sell , volume, month, location, trader
what i want to do is create a macro that will take that info and put it on the second tab and split the trades into 4 columns based on the trader input.
Sounds easy, but I'm a newbie and as previously stated, a dummy
sorry
thanks
patrick
