Link two separate forms by the unique id

1
Hi, I'm currently doing a project on booking systems and I want to link a (Customer) form to a different form (the booking form) via the customer id so that whenever I click on a command button to open up the separate form the customer id is already carried through and will save the booking for this specific customer. Is there any way to do this?
