difficulty in manipulating datagrids

i am currently developing an application [an account system] using vb 6.0 and ms access as database.

the following problems are delaying its submission:

1. there are three (3) records in the datagrid, but only the first gives a positive result "found" when 'searched for' by [i.e. by query], despite the fact that there are three of them which gives negative result "not found" - can you please tell what is missing?

2. new updates are not getting into a new row [cell] below the previous one that is above it in the grid. how can the new updates get into the row [cell]below.
3. by extension of question 1, how can this new update be 'read' or "found" when searched for using query.

please, provide sample codes in these scenarios [situations] which might be of immense significance/importance.

thanks,

paulinus.
