Text-To-Speech

I want to create a simple text to speech program in VB. It will convert a text in a textbox to an audio output/speaker. I am using a Windows ME OS. Is there any available components in VB6.0 or I need other OCX. Please help me, I am just new VB Programmer. Thanks!
