Visual Studio 2005 Reference Problem

P: 26
Hi All,

This is probably a simple problem to fix but I am a NOOB at VB and visual studio 2005 !

I'm amending an existing project to suit my needs. It imports a number of csvs into an sql database. any way.... I am using a reference in my project called Interop.CSVImport. This is a COM active X DLL but when I try to add it to my project, it declares it of .NET type, and then I get an unhandled COM exception when I build my project

Any ideas...............

Cheers

No worries peeps

I've sorted it now. the dll i was using was an interface, and the actual COM object wasn't registered on my machine, but it is now

thanks
