VBScript in MS Outlook 2003

Hi,
I would like to change the format of all the employees, they have in their digital signature in MS outlook. How can i modify the code, so that it can be automatically change all the phone numbers to the company standard format?
Do i need to write the code in VBScript Editor available in MS outlook or do i need to write event handlers in VB ?
Please help.

You will need to be running MS Exchange and update your project to include an exchange reference. Then you can use exchange objects in your code.

Will you please help me , where do i need to include my MS outlook 2003 reference ? I am very new to this and wondering if i could add code in VB Script Editor or Visual Basic application? or Microsoft Outlook programming?
I havent started yet, so could you please guide me step by step.
