VBScript in MS Outlook 2003

Hi,
I would like to change the format of all the employees, they have in their digital signature in MS outlook. How can i modify the code, so that it can be automatically change all the phone numbers to the company standard format?
Do i need to write the code in VBScript Editor available in MS outlook or do i need to write event handlers in VB ?
Please help.
Thanks.

You will need to be running MS Exchange and update your project to include an exchange reference. Then you can use exchange objects in your code.
