Re-Image of Employee on the Startup Form

P: 32
A senior member has asked me for further explanation of what I really want.

No, I am not talking about a flash screen. I Have already developed a beautiful one.

After the Flash screen Form has appeared for about 5 seconds, the Form bearing the images will then appear. The Form will contain
images representing employees. The name of an actual employee will be written under or by the side of each image. The image is the same for all the employees, but the name by each image will be different since the names are those of the employees. When the user double-clicks a particular or specific image, the record of the specific employee should open.

The Form is acticting as shortcut to the records of employees. In addition, the user can see all the employees by just viewing this form. The form will have scroll buttons - vertical and horizontal to enable the scroll through employees names.

I am gratefull the interest shown in my request.

Thank you.
