listview problem in vb6

hi all,
i am facing a problem with listview control in vb6. i am fetching the data to be filled in from the database. But the problem starts when the text is not aligned according to the image i am using in the listview, . and also the data being displayed is not complete.


for example : - Economy & Infrastructure is being diaplyed as Economy&Inf.......

can anyone help me??? Thanx in advance.
