Computerize Temperature Controller Through LPT-1 Interface Using VB-6

My Dear
I want to control temperature of an oven through PC's parallel port LPT-1 and using VB-6.
I have already developed an interface for inputting 8 Bit digital temperature to my PC through LPT-1.
I need programming help in VB6 for the following points.
1. How to input 8 bit data of analog to digital converter (IC N0. ICL-7135CN) to my PC through LPT-1 port to show the actual temperature of oven on PC Screen
2. To indicate a Set Value of temperature
3. Relay output for controlling the Heater ON/OFF if actual oven temperature increases & cross the limit of set value temperature then heater would be OFF otherwise Heater would be ON
4. I can supply the interface circuit to you on your request. If you need interface circuit for programming help. Email us adeebraza@gmail.com
Thanks.

Hi there,

Do a little research on parallel port relay curcuit on google.com. I have come across few articles on the above topic. Use IC ULN-2803, it's the best to process signals / data bits from and to parallel port. Good luck & take care.
