VB Desktop Calendar how to show current date and time

P: 2
I need to know how to display the current day, date, time, month and year on a form. I can only get it to say 'Monday' for the day and 'January' for the month etc. I cant get it to say the current times. I am using Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition. Could someone please give me a step by step explanation of how to do this?
