Learning VB

Hi Everyone!

I must thankyou in advance. Evan if you have no intention on helping me, i appreciate your willingness in thinking u may want to!

I've recently enrolled in college onto an IT course which is aimed at teaching at level two...not very advanced at all but thats besides the point!

One subject i kno im going to struggle with is learning VB6. Programing is the prime area which interests me in ICT and i want to gain that 'extra' knowledge out of class! Which are the more important but fundamentel areas to concentrate on when beggining to learn VB. i really dont kno much about VB apart from the basics. theres no code that i can really do unless its simple calculations. i made a calculator and various other random number 'games' if you would call them.

Its a bit of a mission to evan bother helping me i do kno, VB is not exactly a simple subjct but anyone who has sufficient knowledge in VB and can adequately use it then your help in starting me off would be most appreciated! i want to learn how to program!!

best solution is to open and study simple vb-programs
see how others did their homework ... :)

yah hi there, self-study at home is the best way sir! even in my college days..i do prefer computer gaming that studying my books but when i start to apply for a job, i used to start opening my books and it's great..

try it sir then you'll see...cheer up!..it's not too late
