Can VB projects be done using Redhat Linux? If so what are the steps to be followed and what are the packages to be installed?

as far as i know, this is not possible, while vb-programs use a (windows) runtime file and are not compiled into machine-code.
maybe if you used Lindows ? but i am not sure abt that.
